We primarily use the DHI technique, which allows follicles to be implanted directly without shaving your existing hair, so you keep your length and style throughout the whole process. Only a small, hidden section of the donor area may be trimmed, staying completely covered by the hair above it.

Hormonal and medical hair loss often needs to be stabilised first, because transplanting into actively shedding hair can give disappointing results. We assess the underlying cause and may recommend supportive treatments such as PRP, mesotherapy or medical management before or instead of surgery.
