This Clarification Text has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed by Estecapelli, to whom it may be transferred, the methods of collection, and your rights.

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data may be processed by Estecapelli acting as the data controller within the scope described below.

  • Country and city information
  • Health-related information shared by you
  • Photos and images (for hair, dental or aesthetic evaluation)
  • IP address and website usage data

  • Providing medical consultation and treatment planning
  • Managing online consultation and appointment processes
  • Planning health tourism services
  • Improving service quality
  • Customer relationship management

Your personal data may be shared in accordance with KVKK with:

  • Relevant healthcare institutions and doctors
  • Business partners and service providers
  • Legally authorized public institutions and organizations

Your personal data may be collected through website forms, communication channels, WhatsApp conversations, email, and similar digital platforms using automated or non-automated methods.

6. Your Rights Under KVKK

According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed
  • To request information if your personal data has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
  • To request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data
  • To request notification of third parties to whom the data has been transferred

7. Application Method

You may submit your requests within the scope of KVKK in writing or via registered electronic mail (KEP) to Estecapelli. Your requests will be evaluated within the legal time limits.
